This course is designed to cover all information required for application for the Minnesota Multi-State Permit to Carry. Topics include the federal and Minnesota laws that regulate the use of force, firearms safety, and practical carry considerations.

This course is open to participants over the age of 18 or those turning 18 within one year of the date of training.

This is not a class to learn to shoot! All participants must demonstrate safe and proficient gun handling during a shooting qualification. The target will be placed at three distances (21, 28, and 35 feet.

Handguns, ammunition, targets, and personal safety gear are provided. If you prefer to shoot your gun, bring 25 rounds of new ammo (no reloads or reman).
