Perfect for Beginners!
This is an intense and jam-packed 2 day course for Women who want to expand their self defense skills on all levels – from mindset and safety to potential simulated self defense situations with pistols. There will also be a cleaning clinic, live fire pistol training, beginner-level Krav Maga (Israeli Self Defense) class and more! Guest instructors and speakers will share their expertise, offering a fully-loaded course for women, by women.
Bring: Your personal carry pistol, 200 rounds of target ammo, eye and ear protection, and a holster, bag or backpack. Concealment garment is optional. NOTE: We can provide several compact and full-size pistols for your use. Contact us at jennifer@astrid-defense.com to make arrangements.
Lodging: The SCALE facility has lodging on-site. You can book single or double dorm rooms for $39/night. This cost is separate from the cost of the training course. Please contact the facility Director Mike Briese at MBriese@co.scott.mn.us to reserve a room. The facility appreciates your payment at check-in.
